• Local app data: Phrases, groups, counts, session history and preferences are stored on your device. AwardSofts does not receive your phrase text, group contents or detailed prayer history through its analytics endpoint.

• Usage analytics and remote content: The app contacts AwardSofts to retrieve remote menu items and content. Requests include the app version, language, theme, light/dark setting, platform, and device brand/model information; the server also receives the IP address. AwardSofts uses request data for usage analytics and product improvements, not cross-company advertising tracking. Requests containing an IP address or device identifier are not anonymous.

• Platform differences: Android also sends an Android device identifier, an app-opening counter and a review-prompt status flag. The counter in this request records app openings, not the total number of prayer taps. The current iOS app sends generic Apple/iPhone device labels and does not send an Android device identifier, app-opening counter or total prayer count to this endpoint.

• Optional Google sign-in: You may sign in to back up or restore data in your own Google Drive. The app uses your Google account identifier, name, email and profile image to authorize access and display the signed-in account. It does not create a separate eTasbih account or send your Google password to AwardSofts. The app does not request your phone number, contacts or GPS location. Google may process sign-in information, device/usage information and IP addresses for authentication, security and service operation, including estimating approximate location from IP addresses to prevent fraud. Google’s SDK may process data separately from the profile information available to eTasbih. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Sign-In’s data disclosure guidance.

• Google Drive backup and restore: When you choose BackUp Data, the app uploads a backup containing your phrases, groups, counts, history and settings directly to your Google Drive. Restore downloads a saved backup to your device. These backups may include personal religious content. AwardSofts does not keep a copy on its own server. Google processes and stores the backup under your Google account and its applicable policies. Drive authorization is limited to files used by the app through the drive.file scope.

• Retention: AwardSofts retains eTasbih analytics and IP/request logs for six months for analytics and product improvements. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app’s stored data. Drive backups remain in your Google Drive until deleted or replaced; signing out of eTasbih or uninstalling the app does not delete an existing Drive backup. Google’s own service records are governed by Google’s policies.

• Your controls: Google sign-in and Drive backup are optional. You can sign out in BackUp / Restore, revoke eTasbih’s access in your Google Account settings, and manage or delete its backup in Google Drive. Removing the app’s local data does not remove a Drive backup. For questions or requests concerning AwardSofts’ analytics records, contact sales@awardsofts.com.

• Children: eTasbih is a general-audience prayer counter, not a service specifically directed to children. An App Store content age rating describes content suitability and is not a statement that a child can independently consent to data processing. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use of connected features; Google account eligibility rules also apply. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to AwardSofts, contact us using the address above.
